어벤저스 속에 녹아 있는 북유럽신화 두번째 the second Northern European myth in the Avengers.

북유럽 신화의 신들에 대해

오딘신의 무기 궁니르(창)과

토르의 무기 뮬니르(망치 혹은 도끼)는

돌아온다고 묘사되어 있습니다.

꿰뚫는다는 궁니르는

어벤저스 안에서는 그런 기능이

표현되지도 그렇게 강력한

모습을 보여주지도 못했지만

말입니다.

 

영화 속에 등장하는 백마를 탄

발키리는 고대 노르웨이어로

발퀴랴라고 불리는 

"전사자를 고르는 자"란

뜻입니다.
